Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
1 can pineapple chunks-canned in own juice

1 can fruit cocktail or larger fruit chuncks-canned in juice

Marachino cherries(optional)

1 can mandarin oranges

1 large or 2 smaller bananas

Shredded or chopped unsweetened cocoanut(optional)

How to Prepare:
Drain juice really well from all the fruits. Slice the banana. Add cherries and coconut if used. Mix all together.

Add JUST ONE of the following for a dressing.
Sour Cream(fat free preferred)

Small can of concentrated no sugar added frozen orange, pineapple, orange/pinapple, apple, etc. juice
Frozen Whipped topping(fat free preferred)softened to room temp.

Add dressing of choice and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
