Quick and Easy Chicken Potpie

Ingredients:
Filling:
1 2/3 cup frozen mixed
vegetables
1 cup chopped cooked
chicken breast
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can
cream of chicken
soup
Pastry:
1 cup baking mix
(Bisquick or Pioneer)
1/2 cup milk
1egg
How to Prepare:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In an ungresed 9-inch pie plate, mix the vegetables, chicken breast and cream of chicken soup. In a medium bowl, use a fork to mix together the baking mix, milk and egg until blended. Pour on top of mixture in pie plate. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 4
